Appointments
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, and can not be made via email outside business hours (9 am - 5 pm ET; Monday through Friday).
Please email or call the office, during business hours (9 am ET - 5 pm ET; Monday through Friday). Any emails on the weekend will be read the following Monday at 9 am ET.
Payments
All payments are expected in full at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and HSA. We are considered “out-of-network” by your insurance provider. Invoices for reimbursement are provided via the Client’s confidential Client Portal.
