Christina Curcio is a full-time contracted Therapist at Ryan Counseling. She is a Resident in Counseling who offers a compassionate, warm, and welcoming space for her clients to fully explore themselves and what they are passionate about in life.

Christina’s philosophy includes a Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered approach to therapy with mindfulness techniques. As a client-centered counselor, she utilizes evidence-based practices such as solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. She is dedicated to building a strong therapeutic rapport with her clients, offering them a space to grow and change for years to come.

As a former competitive figure skater and coach, Christina is dedicated to helping individuals reach their very best by helping them to understand the mind/body connection and how to stay grounded.
