Meet Molly

Molly Irish, MS, NCC

Molly is a part-time contracted therapist at Ryan Counseling, specializing in working with adolescents, teens, young adults, couples, and families. She is a bilingual resident in counseling, offering therapy in both English and Spanish.

Molly utilizes a person-centered therapeutic approach that combines systemic family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. She places great importance on building rapport with clients by creating a welcoming space where they feel comfortable. Molly challenges and encourages clients to achieve their goals during sessions, guiding them as they navigate life's transitions and emotions.

When Molly isn't working, she can be found at the gym (putting her coping skills into practice), playing volleyball, singing, playing the piano, trying new foods, and serving youth in various capacities.
