Meet Holly

Holly Farris, MS, NCC

Holly is a part-time contracted Therapist of Ryan Counseling. She is a Resident in Counseling, who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing a variety of approaches and modalities. Holly is conveniently available for telehealth sessions only.

As a former NCAA Division 1 Athlete, Holly has a passion for working with athletes at all levels. After over a decade of coaching at the youth and collegiate levels and witnessing the life struggles of her teammates and players, she decided to switch sides of the field to work with athletes outside of the lines. Life off the field impacts performance on the field. If you find yourself feeling more stressed than usual, not performing as well as you would like, or have experienced a case of the “yips” and want to return to peak performance, reach out to Holly.

The relationship you have with your therapist is the number one predictor of success on your mental health journey. Holly’s goal is to give you a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. She will also challenge you and hold you accountable so that your therapeutic journey will be marked with growth.
